Announcement of this year's list of the Best Workplaces in Switzerland by Handelszeitung and Managerama.TV

Great Place to Work® Institute conducted a survey about the Best Swiss workplaces in 2011 – 2012. The survey was aimed at finding companies whose workplace is assessed as exceptional by its employees. The Institute assessed companies based on its Model© of a great place to work: accordingly three relationships are the foundation of employeeʼs positive experience of the workplace, the trust relation between managers and employees, the relation of pride for the job and the company and good relations with the colleagues. The survey identified 20 outstanding companies characterized by great workplaces cultures, divided into large (over 250 employees) and medium companies (50-250 employees).
