Our recruitment process briefly explained: As soon as we have received your application, our team will get in touch with you. If you fit the position, you will be invited to an initial interview with the team leader. This is followed by a second phase of discussion with people from the team and HR. This phase includes a company presentation and a behavioral analysis and, depending on the position, also includes a case study. For certain positions, we will consider a third interview if the situation warrants it.
